1. Agreement

Welcome to Rizzbro. By downloading, accessing, or using the Rizzbro mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Rizzbro Is

Rizzbro is an AI-powered dating assistant. It helps you draft replies from chat screenshots, generate pickup lines, and get general self-improvement and flirting advice. All AI output is for entertainment and inspiration only — you are responsible for what you choose to send to other people.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Rizzbro. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any law that applies to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rizzbro to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate any person.
• Send sexually explicit content to a minor, or any content involving minors in a sexual context.
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights.
• Manipulate, deceive, or coerce another person, or override their consent.
• Reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, or attempt to disrupt it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI Output

Rizzbro uses third-party large language models. AI output can be wrong, awkward, or out of context. Rizzbro does not guarantee that output will be accurate, appropriate, or successful. You use AI output at your own discretion and risk.

6. Your Content & Screenshots

When you upload a screenshot, Rizzbro processes the text on your device or via secure servers to generate a reply. We do not sell your screenshots, and we do not use them to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You confirm that you have the right to share any screenshot you upload, and that you are not uploading another person's private content without their consent where required by law.

7. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and refunds for those purchases are governed by the applicable store's terms. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your store's account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

Rizzbro, including its name, logo, design, and content we publish, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our branding without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rizzbro is not a dating coach, therapist, or legal advisor.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizzbro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or relationships, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Rizzbro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post a notice in the app or update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
