This Privacy Policy explains what information Rizzbro collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Rizzbro you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

a. Content you provide

When you upload a chat screenshot, the text on the image is extracted on your device (on-device OCR) and sent to our AI service so a reply can be generated. We do not store the original image, and we do not retain the extracted text after the reply is returned.

b. Preferences

We store your preferred language and the "customize lines" options (name, vibe) locally on your device. These settings are not uploaded to a server.

c. Chat history

The conversation with the Coach is stored locally on your device so it persists between launches. You can clear it from the in-app "New Chat" button. It is not synced to any server.

d. Technical data

Standard data such as device type, OS version, and crash logs may be collected by the App Store, Google Play, or Apple TestFlight in order to deliver the app and report on stability. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to improve the product.

2. How We Use Information

  • To generate AI replies, openers, and coach responses.
  • To translate output into your selected language.
  • To improve reliability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to support requests when you email us directly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your screenshots or conversations to train third-party AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

Rizzbro uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • OpenRouter / model providers — to generate AI responses. The OCR text you submit is forwarded to a large language model so it can write a reply.
  • Supabase — to host our serverless function that talks to the AI model.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — to deliver the app and process any purchases.

These providers are subject to their own privacy practices. Your requests are sent over encrypted connections.

4. Data Retention

We do not keep your screenshot images or generated replies on our servers after a response is returned. AI providers may keep request logs for a short period for abuse prevention, in line with their own policies. Local preferences and chat history live on your device until you uninstall the app or clear them.

5. Children's Privacy

Rizzbro is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us so we can delete it.

6. Your Choices

  • You can clear chat history from the Coach screen using "New Chat".
  • You can change or reset preferences (language, name, vibe) at any time inside the app.
  • You can stop using the Service by uninstalling the app. This removes locally stored data.
  • To request deletion of any data tied to a support email you sent us, email support@rizzbro.app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

Rizzbro is operated from outside the European Economic Area. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
